WA.
Whilst I suspect any suggestion may unfortuantely be outside your budget, I think you may find that http://www.russelladams.com/ do have what you have listed as required. The other systems I am familar with are all aimed at carriers much larger than yours and have price tags to match.

Major Airline Systems (Scalable from Medium to Large/Mega Carrier)
Depending on Airline Size (usually Fleet), costing options, vendor, purchase, lease. etc:
A big airline could easily be paying £10,000 per month for support and upgrades.
Another example would be $1.2 Million to buy and then $6,000 a month thereafter (120-300 Aircraft, but support to rise as fleet size increased).
A mid-size Airline would pay somewhat less, but exactly how much can vary on upfront payment versus monthly payment, length of deal and get out clauses etc etc
:
These Systems and the Smaller Airline:
A Start-up to small airline, operating, or planning say 10 to 12 A320, could cut a special deal based on their Business Plan but with probably with a very long term vendor lock-in and this would look good initially, but the vendor would be watching the volume of support and training required and would load these as separate costs after implementation. So if the Airline did not acheive financial expectations, what looked cheap, may not be so.
Costing Variables:These are just sample figures as there are a very large number of variables that a vendor would take into account during a costing exercise, which can take a month to do (and may result in not bidding).
Obviously the larger the Airline the more likely you would have joint vendor/potentional-customer cost Benefit analysis exercises and the fight for the contract would be between 3, or 4 Vendors, which the Customer woiuld play-off against each other.
Your Case
The reason I pointed you at Russel Adams is that they understand your type of operation and they are very aware of the constraints both financial and lack of internal support inherent in this sector of the industry.
I don't know their pricing, or what deals they could offer. But please do NOT expect the World for £10,000

Try this too..

Hi

I suggest you try out the software TOPAIR - from Avient, a UK based company. Please find the product details at this site : http://www.avientsolutions.com/html/...gs_takeoff.htm

It seems TOPAIR has been in use by small and medium sized airlines in Europe.
