Flight Ops, Crewing and Dispatch - BHX

Hi there,

Would anyone know the best place to search for Flight Ops, Crewing and Dispatch jobs at BHX/EGBB? Its not for me, its for my girlfriend. She graduated in 2004 with a BSc Tourism Management degree and has worked in the industry for over 5 years. She's looked everywhere - and regularly, including bhx.co.uk, aviationjobsearch, flight Int'l jobs section and all the airlines websites that fly into or out of BHX.

Can anybody help please? Does anybody here hold a ground based job at BHX? If so, where did you see the job advertised?

Thankyou,

SJG.

Try writing to Aviance, Servisair or Swissport. If jobs are advertised they are either in the airport job centre or the local papers sometime around January or February.:ok:

Your girlfriend may also want to contact BA Connect who are looking for crew controllers.

Thank you for the reply. Does anyone happen to know how to contact BA connect for ground positions?

I've tried here: http://www.bacitiexpressjobs.com/index.asp

But they only seem to be advertising for FC and CC.

I've also tried here:
http://www.bhx.co.uk/page.aspx?type=...d=cq/SHObQ2bM=,

and here:

http://www.britishairwaysjobs.com/baweb1/?newms=hm

but no mention of crew controllers. Any contact number would be great!

All the best.

Vacancies exist but rarely posted externally. Try a speculative letter to Crew Control Manager Room G42 at Eurohub. Good luck

Try Flight Magazine (Also available on-line) or register with Aviationjobsearch.com

Hi
:)

Better late than never xxx

98 % of BA jobs are advertised internally, so your girl friend would have to enter the door as a customer service agent or flight attendant. Once in you can apply for Opertaional posts when they become available.

Although BA.CONNECT is going through a rocky period. Not sure if jobs are very secure xx Nevertheless if you still have'nt found anything suitable this is the best way to get in, there is a healthy staff turnover.
