Manchester Airport Security MAAS

I'm thinking about applying for a job as an Aviation Security Officer at MAN for MAAS (Manchester Airport Aviation Services)

Is it a good job?
Are they good to work for?

Just asking before I make the plunge because a bit concerned
at seeing the job advert in the paper all the time.

Why are they always recruiting?
