Aviance Interview
 

Hi

I have been invited to attend an open day with Aviance tomorrow for a Ramp Agent position and wondered if anyone can give me an idea of what I can expect.

Also is anyone able to give me an idea of what they are like to work for and what the opportunities to progress within the company are like (especialy to dispatcher)?

I have Dispatch experience and more qualifictaions but these guys are racists they did not call me thoiugh I sent my CV somnay times and spoke to them somany times,,,,

What a load of crap! I don't work for Aviance, but I know most of the faces on the ramp at MAN, and there are guys of various different races. Why did you happen to choose racism as the reason? Are you one of these people who cries racism whenever something doesn't go your way??

I find the above allegation that Aviance are racist rediculous, maybe it is you who are paranoid, anyway put it to bed son that kind of comment has no place on this kind of website.

in reply to the above, they are not a bad firm to work for usually, a bit disorganised sometimes, but they always mean well, are undergoing some large changes at the moment and have had some problems in the recent past, but hopefully will pull through.
