Thanks for the updated info
Are Plane Handling doing the full handling? As in Pax/Baggage/Ramp?

Guessing the T1 Aviance contracts are still up in the air?

Plane do everything Pax/Baggage/Ramp and Dispatch as in full weight and balance.
The Passenger Handling and Dispatch was inherited from Aviance through TUPE.

Aviance in T1 still exists until October when the staff TUPE to Menzies.

I think EL AL and US Airways are handled bu United and the other contracts South African & Asiana (ramp only are out for tender)

Nearly right again....

...aviance currently only handle SAA, BMI, LH, Asiana and Transaero.

SAA is under tender so that will probably go to Menzies or United. Menzies handle El Al and US Airways and have done since this summer.

Menzies will then take all of the remaining aviance contracts from 01st October and most of the aviance staff will be TUPE'd.

Thanks - I knew it was one of them. Not much left now. As planned, T1 will soon be a Star Terminal in all aspects of handling......

I think this means re-signs (signs up again with) and not resigns - ceases with.

I had to read it a couple of times, but I think this is what Button-Pusher was indicating, but happy to be corrected.
