Aviation catering equipment expert wanted

I run a salvage business and have aquired this item, the manufacturer no longer exists , can any engineers confirm what electrical supply would be in an aircraft or is this just standard 1 phase 240v ?

It is very heavy stainless steel construction which makes me think it was never in an aircraft. But who knows ?
