JAA and EASA
Hi guys,
I am very confused after reading about JAA and EASA. From what I read, so currently there is no more JAA, and EASA had taken over JAA and EASA is the national authority for european countries? Please help to explain their history (how EASA take over JAA) in layman terms :( Thankyou very much |

Original objectives were only to produce common certification codes for large aeroplanes and for engines in order to meet the needs of European industry and international consortia (e.g., Airbus) |
