hi guys got email for written exam for post of trainee ame from paramount airways but they want the guys who can fund there training cost for embraer aircraft licence by themself.i was just wondering do any one of you know how much it cost to get licence on embraer aircraft? and how is paramount airways to join? and how much salary will they be giving?any anybody else also got email then pls share.is it good to spend money on this project?

Training costs for Engineering/Maintenance personnell is normally borne by the company in return for a yearly reducing bond.The company needs to ensure you don't quit after they have spent on your training.

The bond is usually for 3 yrs reducing annually & approx 5-8 lakhs for AMEs.

Never heard of costs to be borne by the employee at least not in maintenance.
