CVI?

Has anybody heard of the term CVI?

Someone told me it stands for Close Visual Inspection but I have never seen it used in AMP's MPD'S or MM's like SDI or DVI.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for that.

I heard CVI was used on oil rigs but never aviation.

On our aircraft it's called a Counter flow Virtual Impactor.

Not actually quite sure what it does, but I'm assured that it's jolly important.
