Once again, I was asked by the CEO after Hajj flying was completed...'what sort of bonus would you pay to the ground engineers?'

An extra months pay was my reply....and they got it, in cash.
As usual, these folks kept us going, with no delays, and fully serviceable.
Not easy on an old Lockheed tri-motor....but hey, as they all were originally Lockheed trained, it paid off, big time.
Hats off these very good guys!

Yes, I know, kind of a strange post from a Captain, but without the efforts of these fine folks, there would not have been any flying...nor any revenue for the company.

Wow they must be great engineers, getting a Tri-motor all the way from Arizona to the Hajj!:}
