CFM56-5B Training CD-ROM

I currently have the following CFMI/GE training CD-ROM's [CFM56-2, -3, -5A, -5B, -5C, -7B, and GE90-94B -115B]. File "CTC-201_Engine_Systems.pdf" from my CFM56-5B CD is damaged. Does anyone else on this board have any of these training CD-ROM's? I would like to acquire a new copy of section "CTC-201." You can contact me off-list at JHY[dot]ICRR[at]gmail[dot]com. Thanks!
