Assistance in variable MTOW

Have been requested to prepare set-up for a variable MTOW on B737CL and NG fleet as mostly the max is not required.
Non-JAR operation.
Can anyone point me towards docs or already approved procedures?

Any support appreciated.

Sorry - Don't know too much about aircraft not on JAR OPS
I suggest you try CAA Applications and Approvals.

Variable MTOW

I believe Ryanair operate with variable MTOW, I don't have any contact details.

Ryanair do but it would obviously be a JAR set up. It works well. 3 max weights 66990, 69990 and 74999. You work out what you need and set the placard. Only bummer is it has to be an engineer that changes the placard and the tech log.

This would work but the problem is how and what weights are declared to eurocontrol and airports as charges are based on MTOW?

Try the CAA web site, there is some useful information there in FODCOMs. FODCOM 29/05.

FODCOM applies to UK operators so presume it would be no use to Ryanair?

So far so good, thanks to the contributions. Is there anyone who can describe the procedure to follow, how to announce the individual weights to the airports, Eurocontrol etc...
