Hey Jetpipe, have you looked at getting the Aviation Maintenance Technician series Powerplant book. I jave just bought it and has got it all.
Author Dale Crane
isbn 1-56027-339-9
I have got the other books in the series and they seem very good. Bit pricey but value for money in the long run mate.
I will shortly be getting hold of some copied notes as well I may be able to copy them and sendthem to you also if you want.

Exam Questions

I don't know how you all feel about it but I think PPrune would be a great place to share any exam questions that we have. Perhaps not in hard copy form, possibly typed up or scanned and posted on here. These exams are pretty tricky if you are trying to do it by correspondence and I know any help is appreciated. Any ideas on how we might be able to do this?

Spend less time on the computer and more time in the books, you might actually learn something...Might as well just give endorsements out to monkeys...

Ouch

The books are fine. It's when you get questions on wooden blades, Hiller Transmissions and Impulse couplings on helicopters that things start to get complicated. You do have a good point however. Can't talk too long. Have to get back to my BC theory! Regards.
