Looking for the dream job

Has anyone got their dream job..Tell us about it..Where does a young Aussie bloke LAME with an icao type 2 rated on 737-3/400, 737-6/7/8/900, 767-2/300, 747-400 find it..
Not just talking about pay, but also working conditions..
