Can any one confirm the latest -4oo's have FBW rudder's eg only 4 cable run's to the empenage for the capt/fo's elevator's.

CCA, not heard of this one, maybe a visit to the BOEING website might be worth a try.

Don't believed so since with these changes there would be marked alternations to the original type certificate. Not heard of any major flight testing / certification from Seattle.
