B777 ETOPS
 

What do people think about aircraft, particluary the B777, being allowed to fly on routes that may have ETOPS times extended to 207 minutes from 180. Of course this could be quite tricky if an engine fails, but is it that much of a problem as the technology and advancement of engines means that an engine probably won't develop a critical fault. An engine is more likely to have to be shut down if a bird flies into it.
