technical forum
Anyone knowing the type of forum where you can talk technical points about different aircrafts?
Or as a mechanic meeting people working on the same type of machines. |
Airmech has just started an engineering bulletin board www.airmech.co.uk
|
There is no reason why you can't talk tech in this forum. Indeed it would be more interesting than the usual drivel (guilty as charged)which is normally posted.
I'll make a start... Have you ever had B737 leading edge devices lock out at the fuse whilst using the EMDP, whats the cause and why does it not happen using the EDP???? |
you mean the maintenance manual doesn't hold all the answers??? shock horror! So that's where I've been going wrong. Damn!
I've looked all through the 146 manual and it doesn't say anywhere that its crap. Could be a good idea here |
sorry about adding more drivel - its the only thing I'm good at - but don't tell my company, they haven't sussed me out yet
:p damn this flood control!!! ;) |
Try the bulletin board dedicated to Aircraft Mechanics at www.airmech.co.uk
Not an afterthought addition to a pilots site, yes it is fast, it is flexible and it is the most popular mechanics site in the UK. Cheers Chris |
Cones,
Didnīt we have this argument a while back. :D :D :D Brgds Doc |
Spannerhead,
Thks for your reply on "the other site". I thrashed through a pile of Boeing SBīs, and guess what...the fuse (on the ceiling of the ECS bay, btw) can cause this, no reason though, just change the p/n to one with a lower fluid resistance. Iīm comming to "the land of darkness" ī(Luton) in Dec. maybe we can hook up and drink to the good olīdays. Brgds Doc |
