There is no truth atall in the rumour. FLS management are "totally committed to making FLS Aerospace succeed" as they have said in the past. I believe they reaffirmed this some years ago with a long term financial plan.
So, there you go! No truth atall as the management never lie.

Its UTC (Pratt & Whitney etc) and the price is currently being renegotiated after the UTC people had a massive tour of all FLS sites ( STN, DUB, MAN, CPH, LTN)

I tried the FLS Industries web pages to see if there was any info about the possible sale of the aerospace devision, but got no joy there. So I went to Ask Jeaves.com. That wasn't much help either. It only pointed me in the direction of The Shopping Channel! I did have a little chuckle.
