What's going on at FLS?

I've just heard that United Technologies have pulled out of the FLS buyout. Anybody know whether there is any truth in this?
It does seem to tie in with the lack of announcement at Paris airshow.

Maybe it's a load of ARSE!!!!

Have heard today of 'big **** ' going down in Dublin regarding buy out. This from an 'official' source, so no 'bum'.
