What is happening at both these stations?
1) Lots of chaps leaving ( B1 and B2) @ LBA.
2) A B1 just handed notice in @ MAN.
3) Channel making some B1's redundant.
4) Hiring contractors to cover the gaps.
5) And I just heard from a mate that they are hiring more contractors to do all the A checks, So less O/T for the rest.
6) Buying more A/C, and lots of people leaving.

main problem is the two morons who are running it ,they have totally destroyed al the goodwill and morale that existed
