Change

If you could change anything in the aircraft industry what would it be and why.
I would like to hear your views on anything aircraft related.

JAR regulations. They are getting to be dfficult to follow. And causes a lot of headache trying to come up to speed and label all the little things in the shop. It could be just the interpretation of the regs that causes trouble.
