New Caa form 19

Hi Guys,

The CAA issued a new form 19 for part 66 in April, there is a section which asks to tabulate repairs on different structure types. Can anyone give an example on how they populated the last field "repair types". As I've got multiple types (permanent, temporary etc..) of repairs in my book and I don't see how I can list them under one box?
It looks as if they just want you to number how many types of each task have been completed but I don't quite understand what they are after in the last box. No reply from CAA as of this post.
Thanks in advance.

I would assume it's the kind of repair that has been carried out for example blend out / external doubler / insert repair etc.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that also, but with the amount of repair work in my book it wouldn't be practical to enter the details for each repair entry.

I just had a quick look though AMC 66.
There's very little in there concerning how to fill out Form 19 but it does state the following:"AMC66.A.10 Application
  1. Maintenance experience should be written up in a manner that the reader has a reasonable understanding of where, when and what maintenance constitutes the experience. A task by task account is not necessary but at the same time a bland statement ‘X years maintenance experience completed’ is not acceptable. A log book of maintenance experience is desirable and some competent authorities may require such log book to be kept. It is acceptable to cross refer in the EASA Form 19 to other documents containing information on maintenance."

So you should be able to enter something along the lines of "Various - Refer to Log Book - Page ??"

Permanent or Temporary - that's all they'll get out of me !
