744 Flightdeck safety equipment

Has anyone got either a list or photos of the safety equipment fitted to an average 747-400? The CAA said I had to fit copies to our Sim, including a fire axe. I've been told I can get away with full-size photos of the items since a loose fire axe in a Sim was a bad idea.
Axe, Fire gloves, Smoke hood/PBE, DME torches, life jackets, BCF extinguisher.....anything else? Are the FAK and Doctors' kit in there?
Thanks
Rob

Thanks for that. I wasn't aware it used a crowbar instead of an axe. I guess a generic image should suffice for the CAA.
Cheers.

Thanks. I've assembled several of the items so I can get them photographed and printed onto that sticky stuff they use to put logos onto the sides of vehicles. Seems the best option.
