kardex

Is it possible to have a kardex rebuilt when one does not have one from the manufacturer.
How?

a 'cardex' ? do you mean all the component log cards etc? you should be able to generate one from log books etc, it takes some time I grant you, what aircraft is it for? I may be able to help

I favour using a spreadsheet for this type of thing.
Easy to configure and easy to load details onto it. Better still you can search the data for whatever parameter you load, so things like ‘Next Due, Expiry Date and Quantity Remaining, can be seen quite quickly.

The issue is that we have dry leased a caravan 208 aircraft for which the lesser was unable to provide the kardex.
We need help to rebuild the kardex, since it is a requirement from our civil aviation authority.
For info. Caravan 208 is manufactured by Cessna.
For reference it is GRAND CARAVAN Ex model 208B equipped with GARMIN G
