IAA SMC Engineer
 

Hey,

Just looking for some info on the position of SMC Engineer with IAA if anyone can help. Have been called for interview and trying to see if its worth my while going... The advertised salary scale is 35 to 62k is there a shift allowance on top of that? Will they give a point on the scale for each year experience I have? What is the shift roster like? Generally a stressful role day to day?

I suppose if the answer to the first to questions is no then it'll be ruled out for me anyway.
