Lithium-ion batteries

Anyone know where I could get some A/C lithium ion cells from?

I'm putting together an electric bike with a 3500 watt motor and need to build a 24 cell stack of 3.7 volt cells to provide the controller with 88.8 volts and plenty of amps

Please PM any thoughts.

Why not use automotive lithium ion batteries? A lot of smaller, weight critical aeroplanes do.
