Google "Teleadapt" - only needs an output plug adaptor. :ok:

I have find 2 product :
Lightweight 500 to 1000VA 50Hz / 60Hz Frequency Converters
Lightweight 2KVA 50Hz/60Hz Frequency Converters
It not necessary to have a certified product. It is for use on ground by engineers during troubleshooting, to power laptot computer. The converter is removed for flight.

I have find nothing for ''Teleadapt''....

Since the requirement is for a laptop it is possible that you can just use the standard laptop power brick.
