C500 fire bottles

Got asked a question that I couldn't answer, so I thought I would try here.

Has anyone ever had an uncommanded and simultainous firing of both fire bottles to the left engine, and if so, did they find the cause. Apparently external power was on and the battery was connected at the time, but the only other power selections were avionics. The fire warning lights never lit, and no selections were made. I have been told that following investigations, nothing has been found that would cause it.

Now I am curious to know the answer.

Only uncommanded simultanious bottle discharge I have been involved with was on an A340 and the cause was (if I recall correctly) a faulty discharge pushbutton on the flight deck.

On the A340 the bottles will fire even with no external power connected since the squibs are powered from the battery 'hot bus' so fiddling with the fire switches etc are not recommended.
