Work at Ryanair base in Kaunas, LTU

Hello

There are advertisements Ryanair are opening a new base in Kaunas and they are looking for some employees.
Now I am a sailplane design engineer, but I think I would like to try to work as a maintenance engineer.
So I would like your opinion about work at Ryanair, some people say it is not at all stable and Ryanair is somewhat unpredictable. There are also rumors that, when Ryanair are establishing a base here in a country like Lithuania, they are looking more for low paid workers rather than skilled engineers. I do not have a part66 B1 so this means I would have to start from scratch (I graduated from mechanical engineering bachelor, and industrial engineering master). Is Ryanair a good place to do this? What's the history about Ryanair's attitude towards engineers in Eastern and Central European countries? Are there some perspectives?
Thank you very much for answers!
