JAR 25

I am located in China and looking to purchase copies of JAR 25 Change 14 an JAR 25 Change 15, can someone familiar with these publications tell me where I can purchase these documents.

If you are certain you need JAR 25? try: "jaato.com/page/89/"

JAR 25 was replaced with EASA CS-25 - Free on-line at:
"http://easa.europa.eu/agency-measures/certification-specifications.php"
