Stator vane identity?

Hello. Just a quick one.

One of our skippers is retiring and I've got a stator vane as a plinth for a model aircraft that will be a retirement present.
The part number is b516434. Does anyone know which engine it came off of?

Cheers

See this 28--VANE,COMPRESSOR STA (N0038310QM066) - Federal Contracts - www.implu.com

Rolls Royce + US Navy is a good start.

The Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia intends to solicit proposals for the subsequent award of a 3 year Performance Based Logistics Contract for the repair and/or replacement of various F402 engine (AV-8B Harrier Aircraft Program) components, and provision of consumable piece parts, to include but not limited to the following sample of items: ………… LPC1 Vane, NSN 2840-99-573-1678, P/N B516434; …

= Pegasus.

Thanks for that info.

It has come via an engine repair facility in the UK and has had TIG repairs to worn edges. Anyway, looks lovely when all polished up.

Knew a bunch of ex United guys who would have out of service fan blades cleaned up and plated/mounted for retiree's. Really cool...
