HKCAD conversion

Hi all,

After a little info before I start wading through the regs,

I hold CASA License and b767 and 737 and also UAE GCAA License with A330 and A340.

Is it possible to convert my UAE to HK Licrnse for work(contract) on CX in Australia.

As the position requires HK -CAD and the types reguired are A330 and 340 of which the A330 is transferable to CASA therefore to HK I think (more research reqd)

Thanks in advance - here we go to get lost in the regs

HKG CAD Website

You will have to sit legislation exam you will also have to do a competancy exam for types, assuming courses are to ATA 104 level 3 standard.

Perth by chance?

It would depend what station, there was a job advertised recently internally I can't remember the figures quoted though, A$100/120K springs to mind, does that sound about right? It was Northern based I think.

I believe you can find the CASA licence to HKAR66 licence conversion information at
