New wireless standard emerging

New wireless HDTV standards are emerging, they are designed to link a HDTV with a HD video player, it is not dissimilar to new WiFi standards.

Such a technology would be very handy in executive aircraft and helicopters and perhaps could even be used in passenger jets to distribute pictures to passengers with one less wire to route:)

There are competing standards one works at 7GHz the other at 60GHz.
the 60ghz will be able to transmit up to 25Gbs.
One attraction of 60GHz is that it is absorbed by oxygen and so a domestic system has a limited range of 10 meters, this makes interference from ground sources highly unlikely.

My question is will in theory, either 7GHz or 60GHz, cause interference with FADEC or any avionics?

Some background info, for those that don't already know, FAA have stated that a relatively high powered microwave transmitter (of the type used by police and news crews in helicopters) should be located at least 3 feet away from a FADEC computer.
