Can Any One Tell How We Measure Pressure Cap Ms21914 Series And Ms21913?

They're measured in 1/16"s.

Tube O/D Dash Number
3/16" = - 3
1/4" = - 4
5/16" = - 5
3/8" = - 6
1/2" = - 8
5/8" = - 10
3/4" = - 12

etcetera.
