Report on the serious incident to Boeing 757-236, G-CPER on 7 September 2003
 

I can hardly believe this report, it's findings and recommendations.
I fly airplanes for a living and this just makes me wonder if this happens at BA what could really be happening at my LoCo's "outsourced maintenance" all over Eastern Europe!!!

A bit harsh, but I'd rather stay "dirty" than use THAT!
