Anyone got any advice/criticism/recommendations about airlines or maintenance companies in the Manchester area?

Anything constructive would be appreciated.

Thanks

Try JMC - not a bad bunch and they pay well.

Need a bit more info.
Do you have any types?
If you have 320 or 75 go for jmc. Pretty good bunch but depend on the shift you're on.

76 and air 2000 would be worth a look.

330 and BMI is an option.

All or any of the above and Monarch line is an option but if you don't have any try Monarch hangar, kinda stuck for avionics at the mo so might take you and put you straight on a type course, this is the right time of the year for coures so get in now.

BRAL line is a nice place to work. They are looking for avionics people, but if you get stuck with commuter it is quite difficult to get back out onto the Boeing/Airbus types again, the airlines always seem to want coursed LAEs. With BA taking over BRAL there could be some nice opportunities in the future.Air 2000 are also after Avionics I believe.

Funny how FLS doesn't get a mention

Britannia were after avionics a while ago, had an interview, but turned it down in the end. Seemed OK, but no definite feedback either way.
