CASA Fabric (FE) and Wooden Structures (FD)

Hi,

I am in the process of studying for the CASA FE and FD exam. I have used both Polyfiber and Cecointe for many years. I have just read both manuals again and also reviewed AC43. Is there any other documents I should read before the exams and does anyone have any practice papers??

Cheers D2

Wood and Fabric

The FAA Airframe book has a lot about wood and fabric in Chapter 5!
Have fun studying!

Hi Diversion2

I've done these exams a few years back . Getting the AC43 version mentioned in the syllabus is important. I think there is also a Bent Mckinley book which is worth reading.

If you message me your email I will send you my notes. Polyfiber and Cecointe aren't in the exam, just fabric and dope.
