AirN@v Viewing/Printing Issues
I have never run across so many problems trying to use an OEM's Tech Data as I have had with Airbus' AirN@v.
I get warning boxes, I cannot view images in the SRM for example, I cannot print multiple pages, and I cannot download sections of a manual.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It really is flaky if not properly installed!
It only runs on Internet Explorer and in newer versions only runs properly in compatibility mode.
To download a section its best just to print to pdf and save that (if you can get the print feature setup).
I run it on my home PC in Internet Explorer 10 but still haven't managed to get the print function working. I also get two pop up errors I have close each time but apart from that it all works. (Run IE10 in Compatibility mode).
Another tip is to go Uninstall all the Airbus stuff you can find in Add/Remove programs in Windows then when you start IE and run Airnav, allow it to install all the software it wants.
For your info my machine has the following plugins running (all installed by Airn@v)
HTML Printing 2.1.001
ISOView 7.0.607
ADOC Navigator Active X 1.11.0
Install Active X 2.0.0
Cortona Active X 5.1.0167
Hope this helps a bit, for what it's worth on the works machines we use a much older version of Internet Explorer and it all works wonderfully!

Whatever you do don't upgrade your Internet Explorer! Even though it keeps nagging you to do so every time you open it!
IE10 doesn't like the ISO viewer and the inbuilt popup blocker stops Airn@v running properly.
Try downloading IE8 from the Microsoft website.

I agree, when I was with Qantas the latest version of IE we ran was 8 and Airn@v worked pretty well, even better on machines that ran IE6 (!). Where I am now the machines run IE10 and there's no end of issues.

Thanks for the replies gents. But Windows 7-64 bit won't even load IE7.
I will have to dust off an old Dell Lap-top with Windows XP to do this...
What a flaming pain in the tush.

Ah! But windows 7 WILL run an XP partition.
That's what I've done on mine. The partition is free with 7 pro and all that mine has on it is I.E. 6, the link to Airbus world and a stand alone version of airnav with all the necessary plug-ins. I've also disabled all updates and it works fine. even printing on local printers (drivers required of course)
You can even copy and paste across from the partition into an e-mail on the windows 7 section.
Airbus are talking about changing the set up required so that when you access via Airbus world all the plug-ins, etc will be based on the server and not required on the local computer. However, I wouldn't hold your breath.
