CAMO Audit responsibilities
The person responsible for the audit programme should be clearly defined in your CAMO/E
The audit programme need not necessarily be included in the CAME but referenced to another document that is subject to approval by the competent authority. This audit plan/programme should define the schedule of audits and by reference to various Quality audit control Forms that have the content of the audit defined therein.
When auditing the MRO during an aircraft input the object is to ensure that the contract between the MRO and the Operator is fully complied with, thereby ensuring that the AOC of the Operator is protected from non compliance with the AMP.
Hope this helps, if not, please PM me for any further assistance.
