advice for fresh aeronautical eng

Im a fresh aeronautical eng, i joined ek but in dept that gives no hands on exp. i need advice on what would be a good place to join and gain experience (line, base maint) and what courses i can do to help me in the future keepin in mind i have no hands on experience EASA etc
