Christchurch engine centre, P&W / Air NZ
Hi all
Last October Ch-ch engine centre advertised for personal from various disciplines to apply for positions at their jet engine repair shop.
My backround in heavy machinery and engine repair fitted the categories stated in the advert so I duly applied.
A few weeks later I received a confirmation email stating they would be in touch re. an interview and another 2 weeks ago inquiring into my availability for interview.Then alls gone quiet again?
Seems to me to be a long time between Oct. and Feb.,can there have been that many applicants to interview?
I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has / does work there, has had an interview or any general comment on aircraft engineering in Christchurch.
