So, after a bit of name calling. Can we get back to the subject and not be misled by the strawman arguments that people are putting forward to discredit a questioning voice. If these people can get past the preprogrammed response to anything that they are conditioned to believe is the remit of loons and nuts, maybe something of interest will become clear.
Perhaps even 'Chemtrails' can be considerred a strawman argument designed to discredit any dissent from the mainstreams version of reality. It is perhaps a catchall. Which can be easily refuted and used to make those unaware of the exploitation and oppression that exists under the control of the elites stay in line and not question the information they are spoon fed in the controlled media and educational indoctrination institutions.
I do not belong in an institution, not of the mental sort anyway. As this is not an English exam I reserve the right to spell anyway I wish, intentional or unintentional spelling mistakes. Puling someone up over their spelling shows a lack of decorum and intellect. Oh keyboard warrior I tremble in your wake, not.

I was going to post a serious reply, but I have no idea what the heck you were trying to say in your last paragraph, so I'm afraid I'm stumped. 
I got that you were clearly (?) demonstrating something, then I lost the will to live, frankly.
I understand your right to spell incorrectly. However, use of punctuation will actually help you get your point across.
As it stands, that sentence actually means very little, and is incredibly challenging to digest.
If I might insert a comma or two, in anticpation that they reinforce your intended meaning....

My TV licence had run out, so much for direct debits.
Seems to me that this is all getting a bit Alternative 3.
If you want to find out what's actually up there use a spectrascope. If they can find Helium in the Suns corona and get a pretty good fix on Earths Atmosphere, actually why the hell bother going to that much trouble just get a bowl and wait till it rains! Anyway everbody knows that it's really mobile phones that are the real menace. You mark my words in a couple of years they'll start selling implanted phones with 'cap' antenae bonded to the scalp to boost reception and band width and that's when the trouble will really begin!

I reckon it's aliens doing the chemtrailing. They're not airliners, either civilian or supersecretservice, they're Flying Saucers PAINTED to look like airliners. This explains why no Terrestrial pilots or mechanics know anything about it.

Let us suppose that there is an element seeding our atmoshpere then it will take the collective observance of a medium like the web to even notice.
Sky watchers have existed since the first records of human intellect and if you and many others do not report this anomily then who will.
I've noticed in the Southern skies above Australia an inordinate amount of trails that one would normally account to Domestic Airline traffic.
There is a problem to this premise and that is the trails do not conform to established flight paths and diminishing patterns .
Are these craft that are off the civilian radar maybe, but the ectoplasmic trail remains ambient far too long and the atmospheric vapor trail becomes logically uncertain.
Seeding clouds seeding people who knows but was is certain little if no evidence is archived by recorded preindustrial civilisations of this phenomina unless they were percieved as extra terrestrial.

I was watching El Cid on the telly the other day and in one shot in the Spanish desert you could clearly see a contrail. This was medieval times, well before aeroplanes, thus proving chemtrails exist.
