SHAFTED PILOTS!!
 

A short while ago I had a steady job flying and then I went on my scheduled holiday and three days before I was ment to go back I geta phone call saying that I have been terminated. After about a week I find out that the chief pilot terminated me because his friends son just got his commercial lincece and needed a job, so unfortunately for me I was the victim. I've been trying to get back in the air again but there seems to be a shortage of pilot jobs or it's just I'm looking in the wrong areas.

Your best revenge will be to become more successful than both of these individuals. Imagine their face when you personally invite them to the jump seat for landing after spying their name on the passenger list. Turn and smile at these clowns, it will eat them alive! If everyone quit the industry because they have the missfortune of working with a tosser, we would all have left long ago! Stick with it, this experience should spur you to succeed regardless. :cool:

That sucks, I would go and have a word with him and the company manager. If that fails than you could always do what is suggested above.
