Win98 Problem
 

When I try to shut down the computer I get a box that says something is still running & gives me the option to 'Wait', 'End Task', or 'Cancel'. At the top it says "Notification Wnd for RNAdmin". Once I select 'End Task' the computer shuts down. For some reason it also takes ages to open a Word doc as well. This has been going on for about 2 days now & it's driving me bonkers. How do I get rid of that dialogue box once & for all, & how do I speed up the opening of Word docs? I reckon other programs are slow as well, but I haven't tried them yet.

Any help/info would be much appreciated. Please explain in simple terms, as I'm lousy with computers. I believe they are from another planetary system, sent here to torment mankind!!
