Pocket PC - sync more than one outlook contacts list
 

Hi all,

Just got myself a IPAQ 3970 (swapped for my never used laptop) and love it.

My problem:

I need to copy more than ONE contacts file. I arrange my contacts in different files i.e. Business, Work etc. Pocket PC only recognises my normal 'contacts' fiel and transfers that. Any idea how i can import the other files? :)

Also, any great software out there that's a MUST have?

I think I've figured it out :)

If you set the contact file to assign different categories (i.e. name / add / rename to the same name as your contact files), you can assign the contacts to the relevant category.

Works for me, even though it sounds gobbity gook!

It means I can now view 'Business, work' etc as seperate files, similar to my outlook files. Phew, I'm tired now ;)
