iPAQ email syntax

Can you help ?

When I write an email on the iPAQ and then sync it to the PC to send it the email adress always comes up with single quote marks , and of course if you try to sent it the email it comes back "syntax error"

How do you stop the iPAC putting in these un wanted single quotes ?
