"Run Time Error - Line XYZ etc"
Somewhere along the way I think I may have either ticked or unticked a box as this problem is fairly recent.
Dell Dimension 8100, 256 MBs RAM, PentIV. WinXP-Pro, IE6.O, Norton Anti-Virus and ZoneAlarm-Pro. On certain web sites I get completely screwed up by a window that keeps popping up saying: "Run Time Error", "Do You Want to Debug" and it gives a line and a number. The major problem is it won't go away after I say "NO" and I can't get out of the page as it just keeps coming! Even saying "YES" doesn't help as no sooner does it say it can't continue, than the original window pops up again, usually with a different number. (Asking it to de-bug never seems to achieve anything anyway!). How do I disable this alert please? Many thanks. P.S. I have checked the archives but when FL310 dealt with this before it was in connection with installing a programme etc. This is purely an Internet problem on SOME sites. Cheers. |
Tools/Internet Options/Advanced. Check the box 'Disable Script Debugging'.
