Cursor always goes back to the top
 

Macbook.
When reading multi-article websites like a newspaper website for instance when I press the back button to return to the main page the cursor returns to the very top rathere tha just back to where it had been previously. So if you're half way down a long string of articles you have to scroll and scroll to get back to where you were.

Any ideas on how to merely return to the place I was before?
