Help needed with mco file
Someone sent me an mpg file that Windows Media Player and Real Player don't recognise. Says something about it being an "MCO" media type.
Anyone heard of this? What can I use to play it? Cheers |
I don't know that one!

I'm sure you've seen this from the Windows Media Player Help File Glossary:
media formats The types of media files that can be played using Windows Media Player. Supported media formats include the following: .aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .asx, au, .avi, .cda, .ivf, .m1v, .m3u, .mid, .midi, mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .rmi, .snd, .wax, .wav, .wma, .wms, wmv, .wvx, .wmz. See also Windows Media Format. So no luck there. Nothing found yet on a Google search either but it's interesting nevertheless! Motor City On-Line; Multi Channel Option; Marine Corps Organisation... You don't think that it may have been formatted for the Apple Mac? |
A file made with Media Composer....see here for more details
