Apple keyboard woes..
 

A dstracton caused a small bt of milky coffee to splash on the keyboard of one's old MBP. Wped t off quickly, but strangely 3 buttons are now non functioning, can you guess one of them ? :} So, t's the (eight) (Eye) and (key board luminosity) buttons, all situated together. Wped around them with a cotton bud, have checked for any obvious reasons, yet they refuse to work. Apart from the sometimes spell-check helping me out 'm left frustrated. Any deas chaps ?

Have you tried to source a discarded similar keyboard at local recycling centre?

Take it home, prise off the affected key buttons and see what lives underneath?

Or, failing that, hold keyboard, disconnected and inverted and spray electrical contact cleaning aerosol into the gaps around the affected keys, exercising them rapidly to try and displace the beverage?

It might save on the cost of a replacement keyboard. :)
